We accept all major credit cards and several other payment methods supported by Stripe payments.

Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Changes to your plan will take effect immediately on upgrade after successful payment. When downgrading you have the option to choose if you want change immediately or at the end of the current billing period.

Billing occurs at the beginning of each subscription period, depending on the plan you choose. For monthly plans, you'll be billed each month on the date you initially subscribed. Annual plans are billed upfront each year on the same date.

Only for monthly plans, we charge additional transaction fees, because we have low pricing for the premium plan ($0.99). These transaction fees are 2.9%+30¢ fees are charged to cover Stripe transaction fees for each month. For Yearly plans we don’t charge any additional fees.

We stand behind the quality of our service. For monthly subscriptions, we do not offer refunds. However, for annual subscriptions, please refer to our detailed refund policy available on our website or contact support for more information.

We take your security seriously. All payment information is encrypted and processed through a secure payment gateway on the Stripe payments system. We do not store your credit card information nor process it on our servers.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle, unless you choose to cancel it immediately. After that, your account will be downgraded to our free plan.

Yes, at any time. To delete your account, you must be on the free plan (downgrade if you have a paid subscription). After you delete your account all the data related to your account on our servers will be purged from our servers, and the app access to your email account will be revoked automatically.
